This simple out-and-back route starts and ends at the Boathouse in North Park, where the discriminating eye may note the OTB bar and restaurant exists for post-ride refreshment. Cue sheet (opens in new window)

An old favorite, this classic route takes us through downtown Pittsburgh and points west to a blistering descent into Weirton West Virginia. From there, we'll climb back out of the river valley to Burgettstown via the Panhandle Trail, then southwest through Houston PA to the banks of the Monongahela River, and back to our starting point in Homestead.
