In honor of the 7th year of the International Women’s Day Together We Ride , we’ll enjoy a tour of the trail system near Pittsburgh. Only one climb of note, and a simple, pleasant way to explore the city environs without needing to duel with traffic.
There’s some limestone, and the vast majority of the route is offstreet on paved trail.
UPDATE March 2nd: There are a couple of minor route changes in the first leg out and back to the observatory, as a result of construction by the river and at the base of the park. RWGPS route has been updated accordingly.
Registration closes: Friday March 6th 2026
Inspection opens: Sunday March 8th 8:30 AM
Requirements: current RUSA membership, signed waiver
Ride start: Sunday March 8th 9:00 AM (6:40 time limit)
